This product fits snugly into the original mounting points on the rear fender, so NO drilling holes! Allowing you to fit your OEM KTM rear tail light to the bracket ( It does not come with the tail light) It comes with 3 adjustable hinges, which gives you the option to fully adjust the angle of the number plate, and yes ... it will stay where you angle it. Perfect for the supermoto conversions.
